FLIGHT PLAN INSTRUCTIONS

Word Document - Click on the link and download the Flight Plan Form.

Click on File / Save As/ Save onto your computer where you can access it.

Open Windows Explorer, find the saved file, double click to open in Word.

Fill in the required areas. Save the Document.

To send back to us, create an Email to: concierge@provoaircenter.com

In you email program, click on Attachment, attach the saved Word File

Send the Email with the Document attached.
